Complete waste of time and money
I bought this as I had managed to break my 6 year old Samsung, I have NEVER had such a poorly performing computer as this Acer, brand new out of the box it NEVER worked properly, windows updates wouldn't install and so SLOOOOOWWWWW! it just kept freezing too, leaving me with the only recourse to reboot from the power button, in the end I sent it back and bought a Lenovo instead, save your money and the utter headache of spending 5 days trying to get it to work, you shouldn't have to do that with a brand new laptop, DON'T BUY THIS !I bought this as I had managed to break my 6 year old Samsung, I have NEVER had such a poorly performing computer as this Acer, brand new out of the box it NEVER worked properly, windows updates wouldn't install and so SLOOOOOWWWWW! it just kept freezing too, leaving me with the only recourse to reboot from the power button, in the end I sent it back and bought a Lenovo instead, save your money and the utter headache of spending 5 days trying to get it to work, you shouldn't have to do that with a brand new laptop, DON'T BUY THIS !

Beware!
it's what it said it is, shiny and unused BUT has been in store or something for about a year according to the local computer guy - it needed to load updates for DAYS + reinstalling Windows before he could get it going costing me another 55 quid - unless you know how to do this all yourself.

When selling a product that was return you should probably delete all the stuff that the last person put on it. My computer was so slow i had to factory reset it and reinstall windows because it was that slow... however if i had got it factory reset i would have given this a 5 star rating

Absolutely brilliant, real good value for money, the mouse touchpad isn’t the best idea with the whole pad moving for the left and right button but the zoom with multiple fingers works really well!
