First of all the pen was as described, brand new, and came in the original box with all warrantee documents etc. It's an excellent writer and just wonderful,The communication from the seller was excellent and very quick, both regarding dispatch day and when it was sent. It came beautifully and very carefully packaged in an outer box with a lot of padding to protect the actual box with the pen. A lovely note was included with the quick delivery.
