      High protein bread flour

      I find this flour will take a higher hydration than any other I have tried so far. The bread rises so well that I have reduced the amount of flour I use for the same size loaf. Slicing isn’t easy when fresh so I leave it 12 hours. I use butter, milk and egg in my recipe, I passed the recipe to my son and he was amazed how light the bread was. I will only buy this flour for my bread making.
