Never received. Bot responses to questions. Tried to tell me items had been delivered even though tracking details they sent showed it hadn't even been received by the courier. They offered replacement send-out. I said yes. Then said again it had been delivered despite the same tracking. Kept urging not to open case, then asked me to cancel case. Kept open and eventually received refund. Suspect dropshipper or similar. Avoid!
