If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 30 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.

    Good Value

    As per instructions this is best used on small weeds and the unit needs close contact with the weed. It will burn of the top growth of grass but grass can grow back as this is a characteristic of most grasses. Think about summer scorch and drought conditions. One consideration is the extension flew and the unit need to be used in Dry condition and not when there is a chance of rain. Us with a RCD circuit breaker. Allow to cool fully be for putting the burner away.

    "Works O.K, If Given Time,Not An Instant Result "

    Once The Weed Burner Had Heated Up It Worked O.K. If You Have Blocked Front Area Like IO Have It Does Take Quite A While To Remove The Weeds.The Only Thing I Would Say Is Be Prepared To Spend A Lot Of Time On One Weed Eventually You Will Be Able To Remove Stubborn Weeds.

    Not as powerful to shrivel weeds as I thought it would do so I am disappointed.

    I really thought this would kill weeds instantly by shrivelling them up and destroying the roots. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work as efficiently as I had hoped so I wouldn’t say it was a good product to deal with dealing with weeds in a more environmentally friendly way.

    It burns weeds but does take long. Holding it for long time give pain in arms. Temp fix. Still needed weed killer and pulled out by hand the big weeds/ grass. Very Time consuming.
