I apologize for my angry comments. Two days of frustration trying to get this ornament assembled with spilled snow on my counters led to my comments. The seller was responsive and offered a small refund of the total cost but did not offer a replacement. I love the concept of the packages in an ornament. I just couldn t understand why two arrived needing assembly while the third was as pictured.
