Highly recommended! Speedy, responsive, and helpful. Shipped immediately, AC adapter was exactly as described, in near-perfect condition and packaged like it was brand new. It turned out to be the wrong fit for my laptop (not the seller's fault, I should have studied the photos more closely), so they quickly set up a refund and in the end did not need it returned.
