headset’s usb end wire is torn off. While communicating to the seller, the seller stressed that in the listing photo the wire was in good condition. The fact is that it came to my hand with exposed wires.I have to wrap it with insulation tape. I combined some overseas purchases and finally shipped to my country and it took some time but there was nothing done to have damaged the item during the process.

1) You messaged me almost a month after the item was delivered to report damage. When I posted the item it was in perfect condition. 2) You said you had the item forwarded from the address I posted it to, to another address overseas. Any damage you claim could have happened during that transit, did you give that any consideration? How is this my fault?
