Although all our supplied parts are tested and quality checked but In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, AM Car parts must be notified within 48 hours. if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour. In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, AM Car Parts must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Most of the items we offer with 24hr Free UK main land delivery. This service does not apply to Highland or N. Ireland deliveries those take extra few days then the standar UK delivery and and may subjected to extra courier cost depending the item size.

    Advertised as brand new with 3 yr warranty. Arrived scratched, scuffed, and bent. Seller has been slow to respond, very unhelpful and advised that it should be expected to be like this as it’s a “warehouse item” and says it’s still fit for purpose!! Hardly the point when spending nearly £200 on something brand new. Really poor - would not recommend.
