    When the post office delayed delivery, the seller was on top of it, filing a claim with USPS. I was happy with the proactive response. As for the bag itself. It is more than I had expected. The mauve color is exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable. I was shocked to find the bag was wrapped as if it came directly from Dooney. The dust bag was included as well! With the exception with the postal service lacking in its responsibility, this transaction was a pleasant one!
