The bag was beautiful and as described and arrived in good time, but I was very disappointed when I used the bag the first time, as it became apparent that the zip was not working properly. That lead me to wonder whether that was the reason that it was being sold (I couldn't help but think that). Anyway, the zip problem got worse with a day or so and I returned the item. I was satisfied and pleased that the seller gave me a refund promptly. So, I was content in the end. Thank you.
