The buyer reached out to us nearly 60 days after receiving the item, asserting it was damaged. Typically, one would report any defective products promptly. eBay offers a 30-day return policy, which we adhere to. I strongly believe any damage would have been apparent upon delivery and opening item not after nearly two months of use.

Initially positive review, but situation changed. Faulty tap returned (proof & claim for lost mail provided). Seller required physical return of faulty item for refund, despite proof of postage. Paid double for plumbers (faulty tap install & new tap). Awaiting eBay's response (contacted them) after seller denied refund. Costly experience. Will never use eBay for such items again as it's not worth it. Have contacted eBay, awaiting response. Lack of empathy and customer care. Poor quality.
