This heating pump arrived without the plug in mains lead required to connect it to the mains and so make it work. the description did not explain that the pump would be shipped without this, costing me £8.90 for a new one. The seller only replied to say that they had said in the description the make and model of boiler it came out of, as if that's supposed to explain why the lead was not supplied. The seller then cut communications with me.

Buyer failed to read the advert properly, if you wanted a pump with a lead you should have bought from elsewhere or a new one at a vastly higher price, as this one had no lead pictured or mentioned in the description. You received exactly what was pictured and advertised. Buyer now reported.
