    They sent me the wrong item in an unmarked box, and told me that it must fit because their supplier said so. Despite telling them twice in messages that I expected to be refunded fully, they deducted the return postage. I've since bought what is advertised as exactly the same item elsewhere.

    THREE of the buttons I received did not have the same image/text as in the sellers photo. The advert photo shows buttons which are EXACTLY the same as on my car, hence my reason for buying from this seller. Also one button was completely missing, I only received 11pcs. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the items as the buttons are clearly NOT as advertised. Quality of the ‘correct’ buttons seems good. Communications with this seller have been slow and difficult, even rude in the end!
