Received postage tracker details, then 10 minutes later received another email to say that the item has been damaged in transit. That was quick! Only 10 minutes in transit and got damaged. Very strange. Seller asked if I would like a refund as I won't be getting the item. Should have been done automatically.... why ask? Refund finally arrived 3 days later.

Was broken on the base and the giraffes nose was bent in however spoke to seller and negotiated a lower price. It is big and will look lovely in my garden just felt a bit let down with the packaging of it and how he was broken. A positive outcome from seller so excellent customer service.
