    Great jam and preserves recipes for the keen home cook

    This is a fantastic book for the home cook. The recipes are well laid out and all the ones I’ve tried have turned out well. This is the second copy of this book I’ve owned. Unfortunately the first copy got damp, causing the pages to stick together! So... i needed to get a replacement!
