Bike arrived as described in good shape 9 days after purchase. Frame and wheels were wrapped in bubble wrap, small parts were wrapped separately. The box was taped everywhere so no chance of falling apart. Seller replied very quickly to all queries and helped problem solve. I would recommend that the seller put spacers between the disc brake pads to prevent accidental closure during shipping (though there were no issues in my case), and using a stronger box. Would purchase again from seller.

Unbelievably fast shipping, wow. It took less than a week to get the bike to NYC from Morocco. The bike was packaged expertly too, which is extremely impressive.
