Bought a watch which was sold as new, when it arrived I could clearly tell it wasn’t new as it had a scratches on it. The seller ended up refunding me half of the price which was very reasonable. I’d have preferred to have returned the watch as there were plenty available for that price range but returns weren’t accepted. At the end of the day it was still a good deal but I was just disappointed it wasn’t new
