A welcome return to the format which made the original the best.
I have always been a fan of the Terminator, ever since watching the ground-breaking and terrifying first film when I was younger, but never got around to seeing this one when it was released. This was possibly because I felt that as the trilogy progressed, the films became less about the story and more about the special effects and out of place humour. I found this film was a welcome return to the original format, and although not as nail biting and unpredictable as the original, it was nonetheless enjoyable, and didn't leave me cringing at the tongue-in-cheek one-liners like Rise Of The Machines.
