The packaging was well done. However 1 egg was broke during delivery but I am happy either way as I know how bad royal mail processes packaging so having just 1 egg break is good enough for me. Reason for the 4 stars is because of royal mail other than that I'm very happy with the seller

Eggs arrived in a polystyrene box but the courier (a well known particular courier) are not known for keeping things warm or being ‘gentle’ - none of the eggs changed, at all during incubation and therefore none were viable on arrival.
Seller said they died due bacterial ingress or non temp control - given we have backup temp control and cleanliness measures in place, this was an excuse not to re-send or re-fund.
Do not buy from this seller, you’d have better luck with eggs from Waitrose.

So you state none of the eggs did anything during the length of the incubating period even though this is a copy of the message you sent to us " Two are now completely dark, one has a air pocket at the end " from day 7 of incubation you would see that no veins have been developed and therefore it is an infertile batch , as you have not experience this and instead asked us for our advice on day 23 and again on day 27 you decide to lie on feedback and state the eggs did nothing at all. CAUGHT OUT
