Yardmaster Castleton Apex metal shed 10x13
Good value and fairly easy to erect. There are a couple of niggles though. The door handles are plastic which is not ideal as they are the only place to secure a padlock. It is also very easy to overtighten the small screws which hold the panels together leaving them spinning and unable to maintain a waterproof seal, particularly on the roof panels. However some slightly larger screws used in conjunction with spare tabs that were included in the kit to assemble the doors sorted this for me and I now have a good sized watertight storage area for the garden.

The shed from hell
This shed took us 4 days to erect. A wooden one took us 6 hours. The instructions are a nightmare and not for any amateur to follow. The shed panels are flimsy and dent easily. The shed is quite solid in structure once built, however it leaks from every screw point in the roof so we will have to silicone the insides. wish I had paid more and bought a wooden one.

Brilliant shed
A bit dubious buying a “returned “ shed but I’m glad I did, it turned up within 36 hours of placing the order. At first sight the amount of parts in two large boxes was daunting but each part was numbered and the instructions although not brilliant were adequate to assemble the shed with minimal difficulty. Care is needed not to over tighten the numerous self tapping screws as they will not hold tight if over done. It took me about 17 hours from start to finish, don’t be tempted to rush it as it’s easy to make mistakes, the only bit that needs two people is placing the roof in position. During construction nearly all the holes lined up with only about 7 that needed a small drill to create a screw hole. The finished article looks great and after a heavy rainstorm was pleased to see only one place were a couple of drips had entered the shed, this was quickly remedied with some silicon. One bad point is the security of the shed, the door handles have a provision for a small padlock but being made of plastic they wouldn’t take much to break open. All in all though it is a very good and surprisingly solid shed which should last many years. Read full review

Great Metal Shed
Can’t recommend this shed highly enough- took me just 10 hours to build but you will need help to lift the roof onto the structure once completed. Plenty of storage space and watertight, well manufactured with a subtle green finish on the walls. Great purchase in all.

Very quick delivery; less than 24 hours! all parts checked and correct, before build began. First impression of panels was that they were quite flimsy but when built, the shed is solid. Instructions were OK; not brilliant but was able to follow them without too many problems. Took 2 of us about 10 hours to build. Am overall very pleased with the result and the value for money
