Seller used the words “bare tool” apparently to signify no batteries included. This meant nothing to me. Suggest all such sellers simply state “no batteries included” to avoid such problems going forward. To his credit, he refunded me on return so all good, just very inconvenient and unnecessary

Package arrived and contents were not only incomplete and carelessly packaged but also filthy. The item was not as described and unusable. When I plugged in the charger it sparked, smoked and nearly caught fire. Upon contact the seller was mostly non-communicative, but the limited responses were abrupt and condescending. A most unpleasant buying experience. Will not be dealing with them again.
