    In the "Seller Note “Excellent antique condition, no chips, cracks or signs of use.” When it arrived there was a chip on one of the cigarette rests. In the pictures the seller uploaded you can see some distortion on one of the cigarette rests. That was the chip. The price was about right for a damaged piece but I didn't want a damaged piece. The item was described properly. This was shipped outside of the USA so returning the item isn't a real option cost wise.
