A great movie which I wanted to see at the cinema but it had gone. All the parts are portrayed well and the storyline seems authentic, albeit with some added lines and stuff we hadn’t heard of before, get a copy.

After such a Build Up, What a Disappointment..
Having missed this film at the cinema, I was really looking forward to it coming out on DVD..... What a disappointment, the film is sooooooo slow, the characters failed to impress or engage the audience from the beginning to the end, and the final ending leaves you with "Is that ..it!!" did I just sit through 2hrs for it to end thus..... I am glad that I bought this film otherwise I would always be wondering,... However having now watched it , this DVD will definitely be heading for the Charity ShopHaving missed this film at the cinema, I was really looking forward to it coming out on DVD..... What a disappointment, the film is sooooooo slow, the characters failed to impress or engage the audience from the beginning to the end, and the final ending leaves you with "Is that ..it!!" did I just sit through 2hrs for it to end thus..... Totally disappointing
What a disappointment this film is. It makes Neil Armstrong out to be a rather miserable and dysfunctional man who would seem to be the very last man one would expect to make history. Although visually excellent, it's let down by a rather stilted script and an annoyingly loud music track. The section dealing with the moon landing itself is inappropriate at best. Neil Armstrong needs a nice film to celebrate his achievements - unfortunately, this is not it.What a disappointment this film is. IT goes without saying,these men who risk everything to do something that hasent been done before are a brave lot.People will look back on this era and know how and why they take a place in our history books.

Good film interesting. It shows it wasn't all smiles and glamour. Neil Armstrong thought he had a 50/50 chance of getting back. So it's quite a serious movie. Good views from inside the capsule as though you yourself are flying it. Scary. if you're into the space program space etc you'll find this movie interesting and enjoyable from a human point of view. if you get some documentaries from around the time about the flight and various missions this movie adds nicely to a collection.Good film interesting.
