All items come with a standard 30 days warranty — dated from day of delivery.
All items need to be inspected upon delivery to avoid any damage claims. If the item is not inspected on delivery and is reported to be damaged after a 24hour period we cannot offer a refund.
All Items are pictured and described to our best ability but please be aware you are buying a used part so may display some paint marks, scratches, and minor dents that aren t captured in the images provided. If you require a prefect panel please contact us before purchase.
All parts are in used condition(unless stated otherwise) and removed from a working vehicle. These are tested to our best ability but incase of some issue please open a correct returns case.
FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY,
It is the buyers responsibility to check compatibility of the item, in most cases a part number is provided. If this is not the case you should contact your mechanic / dealership to check compatibilities we take no responsibility for this.
RETURNS
If the wrong item is purchased and a RETURNS case is opened, please send the item back in the required time as a result of this we will be required to charge a 20% restocking fee and the original postage cost.
If the item becomes faulty within the 30day warranty period please open a RETURNS case and a full refund will be issued.
We do Not cover returns cost.
If a false RETURNS case I.E you purchase the wrong part but open a case under the faulty section we will deduct 50% off the refund and report you to ebay. this is to avoid any false claims or any negative impact it has on our ebay account.
All our items are marked and have warranty seals we also picture every item before dispatch to avoid any complications. If these marks or seals are either damaged or not on the item a Refund will be refused and your details will be passed on to Action Fraud.
FAULTY ITEMS - if the item is fitted and deemed faulty you are Required to present a full professional report from a qualified person, indicting and outlining the problems, if an unqualified person has installed the item we will deduct 50%of the return and assume this has been installed incorrectly. A large amount of car parts need to be coded to work which a professional will have the correct tools.
We supply parts to the general public but are still required to be installed by a qualified person.
