We accept payment via Paypal which are carefully protected against fraud and verified by major banks. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
 
Please note: goods cannot be collected from our premises.

If an item is not available due to stock shortages, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product. Cancellation
If after making your purchase, you have a sudden change of mind. There is a "cooling period" of 7 working days for which you can cancel your order providing the product ordered has not been used.
 
If you ordered the item and decide that it is no longer suitable, please contact us at customercare@soleretail.co.uk where a refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.
 
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via the email address, a phone call is not sufficient.
 
Effective date of cancellation is the date the customer gives notice of cancellation. All costs to return the product are to be paid by the buyer. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.

    Love it, my new best friend!

    Bought to use for quick clean ups, use it more than I use my Shark now. Just so easy to pick up and do all of those little jobs. Works fine on hardwood floors as well as carpets and tiles. Will use this most days. For a through cleaning I will use my big vacuum but this one is a perfect quick fixer.

    VERY PRACTICAL MACHINE

    I like the method for emptying the fluff & dust out of the machine. It is far superior to previous types of vac I have owned. (Chargeable. So no cable is hanging at the back of it as you go round the carpets. I RECOMMEND IT.

    Super light and easy to use.

    I bought this for my 82 year old mum. She loves it as it is so light and easy to use especially for stairways. I picks up dust and particles easily. The dust container is easy to empty but small in capacity but you expect that as this is a compact vacuum. I wish I had one.

    Great vacuum cleaner, great value

    This vacuum is by far the best one I've ever had, it's so light it picks up better than my old big one . And to empty it is a breeze, my daughter in law paid £150 for hers she said it's rubbish, she looking to get a Daewoo like mine, best item I've brought for ages
