The sweater I purchased arrived smelling extremely musty. I contacted the seller immediately. She said it could be due to the packaging. I tired to air it out and washed it. She was communicating with me but ended when I asked for a refund of the purchase price. I didn’t ask to refund me the shipping cost which was almost as much as the item. She has stopped responding. I have a sweater that is useless as the smell has not come out. Very disappointed - the sweater is obviously old.

My selling inventory is always top notch as evidenced in my feedbacks of many pleased customers. I did not continue to correspond (although the buyer did not either) because I was making an inquiry with eBay about how to handle international sales.
