      PopSocket PopMount2

      Functionally, it is great. I use popsockets on my phones since it helps w/ grip and allows my phones to stand up. The mount worked great. But, it was “not” practical. In cold weather, I use the heater so the phone gets way to hot since the mount is attached to the vent and visa versa in hot climates, I use the AC and phone gets too cold. For this reason, I’m returning the mount. I was forced to buy a different kind of phone mount that doesn’t attach to vents. The problem is that all the ones I found, I have to take the pop socket off. Ugh…

      Doesn't work well in all cars

      This is just ok. It doesn't work on my vents very well (2015 Ford Focus). The design would be a lot better if it had a swivel ball thingy where the popsocket holder attaches to the part that goes in the vent, so I could angle my phone toward me regardless of which direction the vent was opening to. The way my vents are, the holder and phone could only sit in one spot and the phone was angled down and toward the back of my car instead of up and toward the driver seat. Anywhere else in my vents, the whole setup fell out or it pointed in a direction where I couldn't even see the screen. I was able to make this work for a weekend trip, but I'm going to be looking for a different solution because this was not ideal. And yes I followed the instructions. The design just isn't universal.
