The seller listed as brand new and unused. It turned out to have been used. I then gave the seller the options provided by eBay - either return the item or take a partial refund.After some rudeness and accusations, they offered a partial refund which I reluctantly accepted.This is what they sent me afterwards - I quote: "Enjoy your £30Scamming c***I bet you do this for a living Blocked"The seller has now been reported for this disgusting abuse. And it is why I have given negative feedback.

It wanted a refund last minute of 30-day period. Was defensive and accusatory in its initial approach.I wish people were more honest, instead of pandering to the obviously unscrupulous. It instantly - not reluctantly - accepted my goodwill gesture (that I HAD to make, owing to eBay’s policies). Said will leave neg feedback regardless - so I’ve nothing to lose and, un-regrettably, called them out on their shameful tactics. At least I can respond with a wealth of positives as back up!
