Firstly arrived later than the 48 hr Royal mail delivery listed due to seller sending out late. Toilet seat is also not the same as the one shown in the listing as the one shown has a single quick release and is more sturdier. Have tightened the fixings up as much as possible but as the bumpers are made from plastic and not rubber, is sliding all over. The only reason I have not left negative is because I needed this urgently and it has been fitted. Seller did offer to return the item for a refu
