The item arrived promptly and fitted well. Unfortunately approximately 30% of the stitching was missing or unravelling, which I would not say fitted the description of VGC. I appreciate that you said you would accept a return, but it was too late to get a replacement in time for a riding competition. We spent a couple of hours rectifying the situation ourselves and did not hear back from yourselves about a partial refund in compensation.
