The boots arrived over a month after purchase. The boots arrived in unusable condition. The welts and rands on the boots were destroyed, decayed, and are unable to be used for the purpose of climbing as the sole is literally peeling away. The protective toe caps were delaminated. When contacted, the seller related he had said the boots had damage, but the images did not show how much, nor did the description. He has refused to refund the cost of the boots. Terrible experience. Buyer Beware.

1.What does a person expect, when he buy boots, that are listed as DAMAGED for 20% of their value? I have indicated everything in detail in the photo
2.Yes, the delivery was long, but it was on time, it is worth paying some attention, when placing the order, but the buyer was probably blinded by the low price
3.I didn't refuse to refund the money, I only said, that ebay should resolve this dispute, because I believe, that everything was done right on my part
