    Almost the best collection

    Not much to say about one of the very best bands that hasn't been said before. A great 3 CD collection that has nearly all their best tracks. I say nearly as apart from Seven Seas the set hasn't any other tracks from their second album. Ogre Battle is a brilliant track, yet it never seems to make it onto any of the recent re masters. Other than that, I wasn't impressed by the 3 CD as it lacks a certain something. But if you enjoy all the well known tracks Queen are known for, then this is a must for any collector.

    it has the best Queen songs but not the best sound quality .

    Mine is the 2000 mastered best of . There is a remastered recording of 2011 , with the same case which i don't now if the real life difference . Pros it has the best Queen's songs in a case . cons not the best sound quality . it seems that some of the songs lack the tonal range eg bass and the sound distinction that the proper recording has . Nice case but just a descent for the price option .

    Not all the recording on this compilation are the versions I remember from the original Queen era, for example Barcelona but still worthy

    All the tracks I remember though not all the versions I recognised. CD 1 is the original "Greatest Hits" compellation which I have on vinyl, CD 3 has some of the same songs as 1 & 2 but with guest artists like George Michael. I don't know if these were ever reIeased as singles but assume they are fillers for the 3rd CD. If you want a CD version of Queen's best loved songs this is a great value collection. Mine came with no sleeve notes but maybe as this is a budget offering they didn't produce one.

    All you need of Queen

    Needed a comprehensive collection of Queen works to rehearse for a film role. This collection covers all the bases from the first hits to the latest of the '3 man Queen' recordings. Enjoyed listening to the CD 2 remix versions, some of which I had never heard. If you want the scratch free version of your old vinyl this fits the role nicely!

    Well it's Queen - what more is there to say? A fantastic selection of their old music - love all of them - we do have a smile - my one dog reacts to Barcelona by howling along with the singing! It really is a brilliant set of cds for anyone who loves Queen and Freddie Mercury..
