Item had to be returned as there were parts missing (waffle and grill plates) which the seller was unaware of, I was offered a partial refund to buy USED not new replacement plates which I found unacceptable considering I was supposed to be purchasing a new just damaged boxed item. Ebay stepped in and sorted a return label and gave a full refund.
