Delivery great. The jacket I ordered looked second hand and looked like somebody had slept in it for a week. Communication was extremely poor. Not one message of apology. Had to message for a return label. Not one single communication from Superdry store at all. Will NOT be buying from Superdry again.

Ridiculous returns procedure. Bought 5 T-shirts, all sent out in one package to me with 1 tracking number. No complaints here - enviro friendly. However, upon wanting to return more than 1 item, the returns make you send each item back separately with their own tracking number so it would cost me over £15 to return the 5 t-shirts. Utterly unacceptable. Not even an option to use my own courier, has to be an eBay prepaid returns label. Won’t be using superdry on eBay again due to this.

This item arrived with it's security tag on it.On trying to remove it with a wire cutter it made a hole. So I'm not a happy customer. I have had to sew it up. Not a happy customer!!!!!!!!
