Phillips DVP3100V DVD player/VCR combo
It's a combo, we programmed it to our remote so we've only got one for everything. With a child in the house we found we still needed a VCR and we didn't want two different boxes because of space. It looks great, works really well, and has great picture quality.

As the player didn't work I cannot be objective about the DVP3100V.
A total waste of money, as when I had taken it to France I found it didn't work, and it was too late to return it to the seller. It would not play DVD's and after just 1/2 of a VHS tape,a screen message came up, which I have never seen before with a VHS player - "clean heads". Back in the UK I made enquires about VHS head cleaning and was told they are difficult and expensive to obtain. In all a sad conclusion, as I was looking forward to playing / watching some old recorded TV programmes, which are lot better than the current fare.
