There was no proactive outreach by seller on status. Packaging was subpar and the box was heavily damaged in transit, but fortunately games weren't damaged.

I don’t believe this, I believe they did not like the price they got in their auction. Tried to reach out again and no response. Had to contact Ebay to get a refund.
