I didn’t care though because I misread the item description for the item I purchased (I thought it was prior to 9/11) and the folding doesn’t matter since it won’t be displayed or resold. Shipping the newspaper flat in its current size would increase the shipping rates immensely. It would cost an additional $15-30 for shipping depending on the location to ship it flat at 22" x 28". Unless bound, nearly all newspapers are folded. Feel free to request a refund if you are unsatisfied.
