USPS shipped an empty envelope to me and said it was because of how it was shipped. The case has been settled and I got my money back after almost a month. It was a frustrating situation on both sides. I think there are take aways from all of it. Seller has to work on appropriate communication and shipping/packaging.

The buyer has been harassing me in eBay messages. He filed a dispute for the purchase made. He has provided a picture of half of an envelope with half of his address missing, claiming that is how he received it and the card was not in the envelope. With the picture he has provided, there is no possible way for him to have received this envelope since half of the address is not present. This is a clear sign that the envelope was opened post receipt. Dishonest buyer, dispute pending.
