Ich habe einen neuen Thermostat bestellt und bezahlt. Als ich das Paket erhielt, stellte sich heraus, dass der Thermostat Gebrauchsspuren aufwies. Im Inneren befanden sich Wasser, Rostspuren und das Netz war mit Kalk verstopft. Ich habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert und um Ersatz oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung gebeten. Es sind jedoch bereits 17 Tage vergangen und das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Ich empfehle diesen Verkäufer nicht.
