I made the seller an offer, seller accepted. Then I went to pay and my payment was reverted to me within minutes. I tried two more times - same issue - money was sent back a few minutes after payment. I contacted PayPal Customer Support, they said eBay is rejecting the payment. Then I contacted eBay Customer Support, which told me the customer's bank is rejecting the payment. I've notified the seller about ALL of this, and the seller cancels the order: "Buyer asked to cancel the item(s)". False.

Buyer didn’t pay for an item. Send me some link to get in. It’s lot of spam like this on eBay right now so I don’t want to risk and just cancel this order. Buyer reported.
