Item was in ‘as new condition’ cosmetically and arrived securely packaged - unfortunately power would not stay on via power cord - clearly some connection had degraded over time. Seller arranged immediate full refund when contacted and apologised. So although disappointed item not working seller has resolved in a decent way and accepted full responsibility. So absolutely no complaints from me.
