Bose Wave radio arrived. It was well packed. However the seller did not disclose that the threaded 75 ohm antenna connection was missing. Therefore the radio only picks up close local stations. Without this important antenna connection the radio is mostly useless. The seller said it was checked. But it is very clear this defect was ommited from the description. I would have never purchased it unable to hook up a FM antenna. I will not buy from this seller again. Beware

crystal clear superb picture! but sound could better
Very bright. Colors are well saturated. Excellent black levels for an LCD. Superb performance for both IT and AV. Cons:Cable, Composite and S-Video inputs have non-defeatable edge inhancement. Sound system leaves a lot to be desired. It performs well as a computer moniter, with it's bright and well saturated colors. The response time is really good compared to most of the other LCDs out there but it does take some getting use to if you are use to normal CRTs (as do all LCDs). Games look fantastic, and documents and photos look perfectly clear and have accurate colors too. I've never been so sure that what I was seeing is the way it was intended to be seen. Definately the best computer monitor I've owned (and I've owned many). I have to admit I wasn't expecting a great performance on the ... Very bright. Colors are well saturated. I have to admit I wasn't expecting a great performance on the AV side of this monitor and when I hooked up my cable to it, I thought I was right. However when I fired up my DVD player hooked up via progressive component video I was blown away! The picture was clear and sharp with almost perfect color saturation out of the box. I calibrated it using my Video Essentials DVD and it looked pretty accurate in terms of color and brightness. The grey scale seems to be cooler than the optimal 6500K which I am use to from my pro calibrated television, however not nearly enough to make anything look weird or badly mis colored. Still it would have been nice to see a color temp option in the video menus, like in the computer one. Only the component video input really looked good where as cable, composite and s-video have modulation scanning that cannot be turned off, and for videophiles like me, this is a big turn off. Thank goodness they didn't put it on the component video as well. Also if you have the option to use an external sound system, use it! The speakers that are built in are weak and tend to distort certain sounds. In conclusion, if you can afford it and care about picture quality , tihs is a great option for you. thanks for reading! chris

Sony MFM-HT95 19 in. HDTV-Ready LCD Television
This is a great TV / LCD monitor. I use it as a 2nd monitor for my Mac. This monitor is sleek looking and has a picture in picture function. I love watching HD TV while using it as a computer monitor. I highly recommend this monitor if you have a tight work space and want a high resolution with HDTV-Ready LCD Television.

A+ LCD monitor connects to 2 computers & 2 A/V sources
This light HD-ready television is all that anyone could want. You can connect this montior to 2 computers! That includes connecting the audio-out of those computers to this LCD's awesome speakers and sub! Plus, you can connect (2) distinct A/V sources. It is simple to change between PC1, PC2, Video1, & Video2. The colors are warm. The monitor takes up no room, but sounds like a million bucks. I have not connected it to a HDTV source, but when I played a progressive scan DVD - I was very impressed. This is a great LCD monitor/television. My only complaint would be the placement of the audio-in connectors - obviously when I connected my PC's audio mistakenly to PC2's audio channel - I thought my speakers were broken. I like the fact that I can use it as both a computer monitor and a television. Being an LCD monitor, it takes up very little space. The on-screen images are sharp, and the colors are vibrant. Although mostly I use it as a monitor for my Sony VAIO computer, the video and audio inputs come in handy for connecting other equipment, such as a VCR. Being HD ready, I can connect an HD receiver should I so desire. I purchased this unit because the price was so reasonable considering its wide variety of functions.I like the fact that I can use it as both a computer monitor and a television.
