Really nice seller, who communicated with me from start to finish. Unfortunately there were scrapes within the faux leather. I know it was bought for a fraction of the price that Zara sold it for, but it wasn’t mentioned within the description. I wouldn’t have bought it if this had been there. However the seller acknowledged, accepted and paid for return postage and I was refunded on the day that she received it.

Lovely item, as described, excellent new condition. Arrived very quickly, well packaged. The only downside for me was that it smelt quite strongly of stale smoke, so I had to immediately wash it
