Yes the seller has been contacted and email received from eBay advising to return for a full refund. I still need to know where this should be returned to and if seller is paying the return postage. As previously notified, the item was not brand new as advertised. Box really damaged, scratches on the machine, back doesn’t fit properly and there is a small broken piece in the box.

Item was marked as shipped for a week. Turns out seller had never shipped it. Told me they had issued a refund which was inaccurate. I then had to request a refund and ask the seller to approve which was then done relatively promptly in fairness.
