The machine works as intended and does an excellent job. Have yet to use the vinyl adaptor although it is in working order. Delivery of the actual machine was on time and it was well packaged. However, the adaptor appears to have been shipped from the Netherlands and it arrived late and was damaged. Customer service at T-Mech resolved that quickly and another one was shipped, it was also damaged on arrival although I managed to make one good one from the two of them. All's well that ends well.
