After my comment and got some feedback from the seller. I went down to a local card shop and compared my card with one the shop owner had and it was identical. I had no idea about the whole sticker over the ditto card and this might be why that card looks and feels very different to the rest of the set. So changing my Rating for this to Positive!, speedy delivery and honest response from the seller after my first message.

Customer originally put neutral - later changed because there local's advised them the card is like that with all copies. Ditto from pgo set's peel off - there hidden cards inside of the pgo sets disguised as others. I buy all my pgo booster packs from tesco - so rest assured my cards are either from tesco, chaoscards, totalcards et cetera; all bought new otherwise stated as traded in the description but I only get NM+++ anyway.
