Please check what is the shipping method assigned to the item you have purchased. If the item presents a high risk for courier shipping, you must collect it in person, so please expect an email from us, stating the address you should go in order to collect it.
 
If we have committed to deliver the item to you there are some terms and conditions that apply to the delivery options. Please be aware of the following:
 
1. If you have purchased a SMALL / MEDIUM SIZE ITEM
- the item will be delivered using DPD.
- please make sure you have an updated mobile number on your eBay account to receive text updates related to your delivery.
 
2. If you have purchased a BIG SIZE ITEM ( washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc )
- the delivery will be made with Pallet Ways or Panther.
- due to the insurance policy, the item will be delivered in from of the premises or the nearest access point ( in front of the house, in front of the building in case of flats ). You will be required to collect it from there, so please make sure you will have someone ready to help you.
- make sure you have an updated mobile number on your eBay account as we will call /text you between 1 and 3 hours prior to de delivery.
- if you don't answer your phone or you are unable to collect the item as scheduled, we can rearrange the delivery, but you will be charged with a £50 fee. The delivery will be rearranged only after the £50 fee has been paid. Every extra day of storage for the purchased item will be charged with £25.
- if you unable to receive the item and decide to return it, you will need to pay the £100 delivery fee.
 
FAULTY RETURN POLICY
 
Any faults related to the purchased item, that are not object of warranty ( I.e. damages during delivery, defective item etc.), should be addressed to us in 72 hours since you have received it. We will not be able to honour a refund/replacement for this matter afterwards.
When returning the item, please make sure its packed properly it its original box and it has all the components and parts as well. If any of the components are missing or you fail to pack it in its original box, a penalty fee up to 50% of the item price will be issued and needs to paid to receive a replacement. If you choose a refund the penalty fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.
 
For any additional information please send us a message using the eBay platform. All messages will be replied within 72 hours from he moment we have received it.

    Best monitor I have ever seen and value for money.

    I have been a driver of coaches and buses for 24 years and all of sudden I at to stop through ill health. I was thinking about getting a bus or truck sim and I found ETS2, ATS and with my monitor I am driving again I didn’t think that a game could be therapy and this monitor enables me drive a heavy truck, bus again the graphics are outstanding the picture is crisp I am so glad I got this monitor.     Amazing monitor for the price!

    Absolutely amazing monitor for the price! I'm not sure how Samsung are making this for retail at £350, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an ultrawide monitor. It also does 75Hz if you use the display port. Highly recommended!

    very poor and surprised that i company like Samsung allow a product like this to exist.

    Very very poor. Very slow in booting up and takes ages and ages to connect to the PC. Looking at the online reviews this is a common problem with this screen which i now only now about. Do not buy

    Faulty

    Blank screen and sent to Samsung for repair. Luckily under warranty and Samsung support tried different troubleshooting for several days but won't work. Very disappointing.
