Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.
* Only item price refund (excluding our delivery charge) will be given for any returns under Distance Selling Regulations. All above conditions also apply.
* In the event of a return due to customer's change of mind or their erroneous purchase we reserve the right to deduct our normal transport charges from the refund. This includes items with or without free postage.

Infuriatingly, this is actually the exact same item which someone else left a negative review about 6 months ago (user n***i), as can be seen by comparing the photographs of the ripped packaging. Clearly that buyer has returned the item with the same complaints, and the seller has just immediately relisted. DO NOT BUY!

    What a Rucksack!

    This rucksack is absolutely brilliant! It was despatched very promptly and well packed and exceptionally reduced in price by Ryman's Online. This is made by Wenger who make Swiss Army products and believe it or not it has a small pocket for you Swiss Army knife [not that you're allowed to carry such a thing I think] It's a very good looking rucksack and a number of people have asked about it as it looks so cool. Go buy one ASAP!
