As a long-standing 100% Feedback member of the eBay community, I take pride in what I sell. I realised that this product, when tested before shipping, was not functioning properly. I explained this to the buyer and refunded his payment straight away. As a 100% Feedback seller and buyer, I would rather do this than sell a faulty item. I'm sure that because the buyer had no previous transaction history he did not understand this, so his negative feedback on this occasion is unneccesary.
